Thank you for your replies Quentin & Le_Kirk

This is the only defence nearest to me....

Here is a defence written for a COMPANY DEFENDANT (cannot have been driving, POFA not followed by PPM):

    http://forums.pepipoo.com/index.php?showtopic=98803 - post #80

    May i add...
I was not the driver of the car on that day but i am the RKV.
    Of course i know
who was driving on that day but later when they
showed me the PCN but i don't have to tell the court that right?

On this particular day i was away visiting family without my car of course.

I ignored all letters send to me

I have done all the A0S , MCOL and AoS and ticked the dispute the whole claim.

And now i stuck and its making my brain expode...sorry

But yours isn't a company defendant? That's only for companies.

You're focussing on the wrong thing. What's wrong with bargepole's generic concise defences? No link given, they are in the NEWBIES thread and most people use them.

You already told us the SAR showed no dashboard evidence of no permit/ticket?

Or do you mean they have good photos from all angles proving NO P&D Ticket?

Therefore are you saying they DO have evidence and it's watertight?

Where was the P&D Ticket then?

I think it fell onto the floor of the car when the door was shut...well thats
what i was told but i don't have any ticket to prove it.

I'll send picture in a min.
