Of course if emailing, then no squiggle is required.

I cannot recall ever sending an email with a signature on it.

I don't understand the last part of your question.

How many times are you going to ask that?

If that's the legalbeagles template, then it's fine.

    Please re-read post #15 above.

Yes i have but i am struggling with my defence. I can't seem to find one thats similar to my case. I wasn't the driver at the time and the car park doesn't have cameras just a pay machine.
I'm guessing i need to get proof that i wasn't the driver at the time by having a witness statement ie the person i was visiting at the time which was my daughter?
But all the other stuff to say I'm stuck with :( Please could someone help and put me on the right track.

There 18 defences referenced in the NEWBIE thread post # 2. Check out all of them and pick the one that nearest matches your situation and adapt it.

Seeing as you know you are going to be denying you were driving and mentioning the POFA & keeper liability, why not just search the forum for, say:

    defence POFA keeper liability

    defence deny driver PDT machine

Not sure why anyone struggles with this, given most people very easily adapt bargepole's concise defences linked in the NEWBIES thread, and add the facts.
PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).
CLICK at the top or bottom of any page where it says:

Ok i received my answer back from my SAR i sent to company that put the PCN on the vehicle.

In it was 12 pictures of a vehicle parked somewhere? one picture of
a sign that you can hardly read, one of the vehicle with the PCN on it and one
of a parking machine on its own.
Plus all letters and a copy of the PCN.

About the parking machine they wrote....
Unfortunately, as we are the landowner , we do not have access to any records
    regarding the parking machines.

    Is that all in order?

And now do i write my defence?
