Hi,
I'm properly going to get in trouble for this but i can't find anything in the NEWBIES section to do with my case.
Firstly I am the owner of the vehicle but wasn't the driver of the vehicle on this day when this PCN was issued on the 15 June 2018 a friend was but he never told me until i ask him later.
I have also looked up both these companies on the AOS site and i can't find either of them.
First letter i received was from Armtrac Security Services, Penzance/ KBT Cornwall Ltd T/as on the 01/08/18 Stating there was a parking charge balance of £100.00 for my vehicle. I though it was a scam so i ignored it.
Next came another letter from the same company on the 20/08/18 saying "Final Letter Before Debt Recovery Or Court Action" And to pay £100.00 within 14 days. I ignored that one too thinking that it was a scam.
On the 29/10/10 I received another letter saying "Your account has been passed to our legal team" the company being BW Legal and the balance now being £160.00 I ignored that one too.
On the 17/12/18 Another one came from BW Legal "Letter Of Claim" Also ignored.
On the )3/05/19 I received a letter from the County Court Business Centre Northampton and it was a Claim Form.
Please could someone help me step by step in the next process what to do now because i have no idea what i have to do if i wish to avoid paying this PCN.
Yours hopefully

post #2 of the NEWBIES thread tells you exactly what to do with this court claim
use a laptop to view it , not a phone
what is the ISSUE DATE on the top right of that form ?
then send ARMTRAC an SAR to their DPO like that post #2 tells you to do
then login to the MCOL website and use your password to do the AOS, following the pictorial guide walkthrough from that post #2
then start drafting your defence and post it below
ps:- KBT comes under the letter K on the IPC AOS site0 -

DO NOT try to read it on a phone, and no asking for a link (not needed).
Also, why not just read the other Armtrac threads from this week & learn from them?PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).

I expect because you have so far ignored everything they are thinking this will be an easy "default win" for them, because they hope you'll ignore the claim form as well - make sure this doesn't happen to you.
Read over the NEWBIE thread very carefully, don't skim, because if you miss any key dates imposed by a genuine County Court this could result in a default judgement set against you, and you don't want to allow this to happen.
Read the second large post, titled "SMALL CLAIM", the most important second step (first step is reading the NEWBIE thread carefully) is to do an acknowledgement of the claim, basically telling the court you have received the claim, you're aware, and you intend to defend it. You only have a few days left to do this, but once you have acknowledged the claim, you get an additional 14 days to submit your defence.0 -

Having done the AoS, you have until 4pm on Wednesday 5th June 2019 to file your Defence.
That's nearly four weeks away. Loads of time to produce a perfect Defence, but don't leave it to the last minute.
When you are happy with the content, your Defence should be filed via email as suggested here:-
Print your Defence.
- Sign it and date it.
- Scan the signed document back in and save it as a pdf.
- Send that pdf as an email attachment to CCBCAQ@Justice.gov.uk
- Just put the claim number and the word Defence in the email title, and in the body of the email something like 'Please find my Defence attached'.
- Log into MCOL after a few days to see if the Claim is marked "defence received". If not chase the CCBC until it is.
- Do not be surprised to receive an early copy of the Claimant's Directions Questionnaire, they are just trying to keep you under pressure.
- Wait for your DQ from the CCBC, or download one from the internet, and then re-read post #2 of the NEWBIES FAQ sticky thread to find out exactly what to do with it.
0 - Sign it and date it.
