I emailed my defence to MCOL on the 5th like i was told to...
    No you didn't.

In post #9 you were told:
...you have until 4pm on Wednesday 5th June 2019 to file your Defence.
You missed that deadline by several hours.

Upon receipt of your emailed Defence, the CCBC manually update their records. Phone the CCBC and ask them to correct their error.

    Thanks Quentin

I have checked two credit websites which i am a member of and both don't have any ccj's against me there....Does that mean im ok?

Plus i thought if the court ruled against me surely they would let me know before?

    Thanks KeithP

Yes you are correct i was pasted the deadline by a few hours but still it was sent on the 5th.
And i will get in contact with them as soon as they pick up the damn phone which can take hours.

But the point here is.....even if i was late or on time wouldn't they let me know before anything happens?

Not necessarily. Other websites take up to a month to reflect the official Trustonline site.

No. If the Claimant asks for a Default Judgment and it is past the Defence filing deadline and no Defence has been filed, then a Default Judgment for the Claimant is awarded.

Does a Default Judgment show on your MCOL Claim history?

Then it looks like you should be safe.

But to be sure, why not follow the guidance offered by Quentin in post #91?

    Well you have a choice:

    1) Pay £6 to look at trustonline.

    2) Phone the CCBC to ask what's going on.

    3) Do nothing and wait and see what happens next.

    Your choice.

For what it's worth, I think the next thing that will happen is that you'll receive an early copy of the Claimant's DQ - as hinted in item 7 on the list in post #9 above.
    But I'm only guessing.

I have now received the N180 from Nothampton County Court and have filled all out and will be sending it back soon.
But do i really have to make a copy and send it to the claimant too? And will i also receive a copy of the claimants N180?
