good , you did your best throughout all of this and I am impressed that you had the tenacity to keep going and put in a reasonable rebuttal, other people dont tend to stay the course, so chin up and lets hope that one flaw in their arguments allows you to win

remember, they must win on each and every count , you only need win on one count, to win outright

the popla decision isnt binding on you if you lose, but if you win its binding on them

That really means a lot. For too long I have been one of those people that will just accept the rubbish and let it go but to do this, meaningfully and with conviction means so much so it really does go a long way what you've said.

If the other one that you are paying is ECP cancel the payment. NOW.

shouldnt matter but in your popla appeal you said BPA CoP January 2019 , when its actually January 2018 ( a typo )

no biggie as its still in force as a document and has not been superceded

but if anyone is following this thread in the future and uses your appeal as a basis for theirs, it needs amending

I suggest you edit it after your decision from POPLA , regardless

Coupon-mad it isn't but its with QDR now, went up to £170 or something.

SUCCESS!!

I won my appeal, one which I would NEVER have done so without the incredible help from these forums. I was getting twitchy but they have ruled in my favour and I want to thank you all for the amazing and knowledgeable input you’ve given, freely.

I will post on the outcomes thread when I can grab the wording but they did it on the signage not being adequate!
