Is there any way to show someone the documents? There are images used with the vehicle entering and leaving.
A document signed by the owners of the land and ECP which expires 2020 so looks to be in date.
If you mean show someone on the forum, then yes, use a hosting site such as tinypic, imgur from who you will receive a URL, post it on here. If you haven't been a member long enough and you are told you cannot post links, just post a broken link such as : -
hxxps://imgur.c............. and one of the regulars will make it live for you after checking it.

Thank you. It is 25 pages I am not sure I can do it with that, would DropBox suffice?

Dropbox is fine. I don't recommend anyone uses TinyPic or PhotoBucket anymore as both drop dross all over your screen. TinyPic only gives you a few seconds to view the image before it disappears from view, of no use if trying to read detailed text.
Please note, we are not a legal advice forum. I personally don't get involved in critiquing court case Defences/Witness Statements, so unable to help on that front. Please don't ask. .

I provide only my personal opinion, it is not a legal opinion, it is simply a personal one. I am not a lawyer.

SuperGirl09, no need to post dead links.

It will be easier for you, and easier for us, if you were to post live links from here on.

No comments regarding the the grace periods.

Great! 'I note that ECP have not disputed the fact that the alleged 'overstay' was fully covered by BPA guidelines on Grace Periods. This appeal must therefore be allowed'.

    Yes indeed.

I always look for a heads up from someone who seriously knows what they're doing so the 'like' from Redx would make me include that comment.

Also dispute the signage evidence. Do not be overawed by the sheer quantity of images ECP will have supplied.
