Yes to all of the above.

Now add the usual other appeal points in post #3 of the NEWBIES thread about no landowner authority, and unclear signs.
PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).

I'm in awe ..... very young baby, extremely demanding job & now a decent POPLA appeal! You're nearly there anyway, those other sections should be easy to add.

    Ahhhh,

I will add those, I didn't understand them so I thought it best to wait for advice. Thank you!

Oh my, I just want to do what I can to help myself :) once I started to make sense in my mind (so much going on inside it haha) I thought I can get this sorted.

I will add the other sections and repost.

    Very grateful thank you.

    Hi all :)

I am incredibly sorry for my late reply :O working on it now, I only wish I saved the page I had gotten this one from.

Started training for a new job. 200 mile round trip and a days' worth training and eat, sleep then repeat tomorrow. Yikes. Bear with me :)

have a nosey at this recently drafted popla appeal and also at its bullet point menu at the start, prior to the main course

    https://forums.moneysavingexpert.com/discussion/5999716/smart-parking-ticket&page=2

it may help you with your sections and wordings, plus the initial menu as well

I realise it's as well to get this done & dusted. But just in case you end up needing a little extra time, it's worth noting that you actually have 32 days to submit a POPLA appeal, not 28 which is what the PPCs tell you.

Sounds odd I know. But that fact is often repeated on here & I've not seen anyone report a problem. Personally I'd go for day 31 at the latest just in case there's any sort of glitch.

I don't disagree, but just between you and me, I've already factored that in, as the true final day that a POPLA code will work, is day 33!
