thanks Taka, hope you're doing ok hon, hmmmm thats a tough question, i'd say i'd rather have the money but i know hypno would slap me!!!!u c i do need sometime off! :-)

Yep just plodding along... Well now we can't have any slapping... lol :rotfl: !! Lets hope you get the hols then :p . at MD for the financial details etc tho...

I guess I'm lucky... my work is soooooo laid back about hols... its more a case of telling them when you are going to be off than asking. I've never been turned down and that includes the asking for the next day off the day before variety :o.

Hi P, sounds like a productive day!! Actually, at the mo, I would say "take the money" - see, I can be unpredictable :rotfl:

Evening P... I can't believe how horrendous your work are being - it must be very tempting to ask them if they've never had 'tight' money moments or made any sort of mistake?!! Very very impressive response though, well done you.. I'm sure you'll get the job you deserve where they appreciate you :) x

Yeah I'm not bad, the wobbly mess I was at the weekend has subsided into a strangely calm and accepting state of mind. I've spent the last few days sorting out things for next year - budgets (ooh you should see my lovely spreadsheet), holidays etc... I feel, dare I say it, almost, nearly, just about.. positive! x

Wow pania, what a great letter to the boss - well done! I am in awe. How dare they treat you like that. I am keeping all my fingers crossed that the other lot come through with a great offer.

Thats really something, pania, well done you. Astonishing that they feel they can just up the ante like that when things are improving for you financially AND you're getting good feedback.
