Oh and work have cancelled my time off, stating that "My need and desire to maintain my earnings means that my time would be better spent working than taking holiday!!" GAH GAH GAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAHHHHHHHHHHH!!!!!
Cheeky sods !!
The temptation to respond "My need for rest, recouperation and a week away from you miserable baskets outweighs my need and desire to maintain earnings" must be thereOh well.

Good grief, pania, how arrogant of them!!! I can't believe that! Excellent that you've got Mr Other Guy on the back burner. Just catching up with your diary, and I'm sorry that OH has been "at it" again, but good to see he's had a little LBM and has been making amends. As someone with no OH right now - yep, they can be worth it!
Hope you don't get too cold when you venture out there!2023: the year I get to buy a car0 -
as the wonderful literacist eeyore once said "it's just what WOULD happen!"
so no point in me getting angry about it, jut side step and carry on......
I think OH realises that he REALLy would be out on his ear next time round so he's being the perfect boyf right now!! LOL.
How are you hon? good i hope? xxxdebt @05/11/11 £12210.63!! slowly chipping away!!:heart2:impossible is nothing.:heart2:0 -
Yeah, I'm good, tho like you I've done no Christmas cards whatsoever, and they're starting to turn up now, which is a bit worrying. Not even done the African ones I need to send... looking forward to having some time off soon, I'm taking the full fortnight. Wotcher doing over the holidays, where are you going to be?2023: the year I get to buy a car0

Well today I have mostly been.....
To citizens advice bureax for... lo and behold... Advice!!!!
Sat in there waiting for an hour but what a helpful bunch!! anyone reading this that is lurking and thinking about sorting their affairs, get your backsides in there and speak to the helpful people!!:p
long and shoprt of it is that i had a letter from my MD today stating that as my debt is reducing I'm not being given my P45 "yet" however as my money each month appears "tight" (no S*** sherlock!!!!! pardon me) I have to have a "strong financial review" monthly and they have now requested my PERSONAL SPENDING banks account statements ALONG WITH my bill account showing my debts being repaid!!
Now tell me exactly where abouts in the FSA fit and proper person regs does it say "your money cannot be tight at the end of the month?"
SOOOO I thought, OK, Positivity, I'm not happy about this so lets see what the CAB have to say.:D (see a much different pania from months of old, previously i would have just sat and blubbed:rolleyes: )
Apparently the FSA state that a company can take any action it deems necessary to ensure it's back is covered, whether the actions requested could be deemed excessive would only be able to be decided by a tribunal.
However couple this with the bully boss, the refusal of holiday leave and the threats already received regarding my job then it is "pointing towards your employer making the situation uncomfortable so that you will leave and thus their risk will leave with you." just as i thought but felt good to hear someone else say it.
So Bollards to them I say (ok come on, who else had to look at that word twice:D ) If they want me gone they will have a fight on their hands until such times as i CHOOSE to leave (which hopefully with mr other man may be quite soon!)
I have e-mailed stating that I have requested holiday for which there was an operational capacity for me to take, this has been refused with the exception of tomorrow and 2 days over christmas, as such I am entitled to the remaining leave to be paid to me as salary and request that this be done.*
*nb, had there been an operational reason that they said no then it would've been harder to get it paid but apparently under employment law holiday has to be paid in lieu of days off if the employee requested available leave which was not granted.... So in the words of a great DFW I know YABOOSUCKS to you mr manager!!!:T :rotfl:
I have further added that "whilst writing I wished to draw my attention to the positivity that I am and continue to reflect towards my day to day employments, financial reviews and the company as a whole, in comparrison to the negativity continually repaid back to me by the company. I am consistently hitting target, complying with all of your financial requests and receiving good reports from clients and site staff respectively, However there is a feeling of negativity in the companies actions towards me that I feel are undeserved. Please would you inform me if any of my actions are bringing this negativity about in orer that I may resolve the situation"
Lets see what they have to say to THAT!!!:D
CAB have stated that if i ever decided to take them for unfair dismissal they would back me all the way, but i feel this is a tad drastic and disproportionate right now.. They are going the right way about it but i'll bide my time, get out to a new job where i'll be treated fairly and flick a v sign at the bully boss as I leave!!
SOOOO instead of sitting here going grumble moan groan grumble, I feel that i've acheived something today in finding out exactly what the regulations are and hopefully showing that I won't be taken for a ride.
As for the money saving.... Fuel bill for this month is now standing at £180, not bad and if i'm careful (ie as work is so quiet!) then I should be able to get this within budget!!:j
Right, must do work as been out most of afternoon, take care chaps and chapesses, natters latas! from a happy little P xxx:Ddebt @05/11/11 £12210.63!! slowly chipping away!!:heart2:impossible is nothing.:heart2:0 -

my god just where does he get off? I thought asking for financial paperwork was bad enough but doing what he's doing is defiantely aimed at getting you to quit. Constructive dismissal i say. Well done on such a professional letter to the man, it's hard when these things happen as you don't know will that agrevate things but you have to get it on record.
Hope Norfolk warmed up today, Soggy, suffolk has been freezing and i can see my breath in this living room. Ok it's not that bad but it is bloomin freezing.
Maybe see you tomorrow0
