it's a cafine laced drink sea, think it's full of sugar as well unless you get the 'lite' version of it. apparently it gives you wings as well. lol
Never really fancied it myself, get my cafine fix from diet coke.
I'm trying to motivate myself to get moving as have stuff to do before mum gets here at half nine to head to the bridal shop. Boy do i need luck for that
  • red bull is an energy drink & seems right now like a very good idea to me! You know those days when you have no oomph? Well have a red bull & you're zinging cos its a major caffeine kick BUT I have to say I actually dont think its that healthy although I do have it myself! Mainly cos I think sometimes our bodies are saying you're knackered, slow down but we just pump ourselves with red bull & carry on rather than having the rest we need! SO there you go, thats red bull & I shall be having some today to get me through so that I can have a lvely nice day tomorrow but chores today!
Sorry about oh spending p...just stick toyour guns and he'll have to learn, just like the rest of us but the hard lessons are the ones that stay with you (until you see lush shoes and then well....!!) OO you must let us know re being in hypnos tv prog!! We're not worthy! Wish I had somene locally that I could pop i to in a DFW way as so many just dont get it! Most of my friends are relatively solvent! OK off to do stuff will pop in later (in a virtual sence, dont panic!!)

Thanks ladies! I don't fancy it myself, happy with tea as a pick-me-up and coffee for a caffeine blast.

I've been selling lots of Red Bull in my new job at the newsagents - but only to young males. Is it really a boy's drink?
