hi well done for getting the beef right, i've only cooked a chunk of beef a handfull of times, mostly i do chuck or larry the lamb.
I've finally got some tea sorted for myself - the clocks changing really does throw out my system and i've been having so much fun doing stationery stuff, i've decided i'm really really sad.
i'm watching a great thing on BBC1 all tigers and heffy lumps.

    Hi P

Quick scan of your thread..and as a result burnt...welll not the roast chicken...but the veggies...then destroyed a recycled glass jar whilst trying to effect emergency action to save said veggies with sieve and kettle :D

Well done on the beef..took me 10 years to work out how to cook it when it was in solid "roast" form rather than just mince! :o

Glad to hear you;re refraining until after you;ve seen the ridiculously suntanned consultant.

Week commencing 7th April...how about a little trip...to garden centre or elswhere if appropriate...and a natter about fings as I will be self employed from 1st April. Have car will travel..PM with your availability? Do you need me to take you to see said suntanned consultant? I'm OK that day as long as I am back by 6.30 otherwise big pumpkin thingy goes on :o .

And gpigs have said...what's another ferret between friends? So watch out...they may decide to tag along

    Stay strong honey.
