    I am off for a walk now to get rid of my chunky thighs! and backside-must be all this sitting down at the computer lark.I get excited at the mention of a garden centre to- it must be my age.

    well ...i have 13 mtrs of dividing edging stuff to buy..i have edging stuff to buy for the beds and i have to get some compost and trays to grow stuff in and some seeds...i have so much to get ...i still need to do the foundations ...bob am i meant to do them a few days before i attempt this wall? ...oh and i did get the tree stumps out well hubby did he had a mini digger all weekend and ripped the garden apart very little grass left now lol

    It's usually jucy enough to not need it. But rest it after the cooking. That sucks all the juices back into the meat, and makes it tender.
