Sunshine, at least no one can be accused of failing to keep appointments at your surgery. It is shocking how many people just don't turn up.
Denise, I'm glad your mouth is getting better and sorry you're having to 'waste' time at hospital.

Morning All
Small loss of -1lb this week, was naughty at the weekend so content with that.
All was going well from Monday until yesterday when I demolished 2 large hm choc chip cookies, unsure on the syns and immediately felt sick after I'd eaten them hopefully lesson learned.
Out shopping with Mum today, going to try and steer her towards a jacket potato for lunch.
B yog fruit
L jacket pot maybe tuna mayo so maybe 6 for mayo?
D meatballs and spaghetti cheese for hexa
Not sure on my hexb going to save it in case Mum heads somewhere else for Lunch!
Well done sotw's :T:T:T
Thanks for the chart Chris hugs xx'You have brains in your head. You have feet in your shoes. You can steer yourself any direction you choose' - Dr Suess

Caterina your plan for Sunday sounds lovely. I usually have some quark rather than cream or greek yoghurt. I'm not really that keen on fruit salad without anything on it! Might be an option. At least it would look similar to the men's plates:D. I don't know about you but I used to use some white wine when I did a risotto but now a good alternative is a Tesco White Wine Stockpot. Gives a hint of the flavour without the alcohol (or Syns!).
Beanie a half on isn't too bad. You can shift that and more this week. Hope all went well at the Drs yesterday.
SSM I can't believe your OH hasn't cottoned on to the fact that you're doing SW again:rotfl:. Not very observant is he? As for the Pringles think if my DH kept doing that to me I'd end up chucking them in the bin:rotfl::rotfl::rotfl:.
At least I've got nearly a week of "normality" now apart from a GP appointment to check my BP this morning at 9!
Today's plan:
B - toasted bacon & mushroom sandwich (was lovely!)
L - prawn & smoked salmon salad
D - mini roast - pork chop, roast potatoes, roasted onions & peppers, green veg of some sort, syn free gravy (oxo cube, hot water thickened with Xanthum Gum)
HEA - milk
HEB - bread
Syns - weekend wine:D. Think I deserve it after all the rubbish this week, LOL

Denise,
I really should not be surprised..... I once took £3500 out of his bank account, which I used to have laser hair removal, over my full body.... and when I say full... I really mean everywhere....
He did not and still has not realised that I am hairless or that the money was spent!:D:D:D:D
