You are back on the wagon that is all that matters.
Hope it goes well with the GP.
Our GP does not give out appointments, it is just turn up and wait your turn ....:)100 -
Didn't see SOTW coming, well done Tete & TTD.
Hope your feeling a bit more human today Denise.
WI this evening, terrified as have had a mixed week, Fri & Sat were perfect, let's forget Sun, Mon I had end of year with my class, but had eaten before I went to avoid temptation, it was Arabic food, which was fine, also had some lemon cake, which had quark as the filling, so got away reasonably well as had not synned up to then, Tuesday was perfect, yesterday was meeting a friend for her birthday dinner, was terrified of where we were going as there are so many options, went Turkish, so again no syns all day and none for dinner, maybe a little for the Americano, but would class it as HEX, so hopefully, Sunday's write off has been balanced out, happy to maintain this week.A smile costs little but creates much0 -
Afternoon all
Denise hope your are ok as MIA again, but if i remember correctly you was back at the hospital today?

Well done to all 3 SOTW.
Yes Bubbs back at the hospital all day again. Another litre of fluids plus IV medication to try to lower my calcium levels. I'm sure all the fluids they're giving me are not helping with weight loss, plus of course the SW unfriendly hospital food. Was a bit better today as they had a WM ham sandwich but no salad in it but still means 10 Syns as they were large slices. I took a ham salad sandwich with me from home plus a box of chopped fruit with me so at least I got some speed. I'm back again next Wednesday and may have to have another litre of fluids plus medication IV again depending on blood test results which means yet another full day at the hospital. All these fluids are not doing anything for weight loss, LOL! Have put on 1.5lb today with all that liquid!
I'm definitely feeling much better on the dental front! The pain has all but gone and controllable with Ibuprofen thankfully. Just wish I'd taken them with me to the hospital today.
Anyway back to SW things. Today's food:
B - fruit & quark
L - ham salad sandwich from home; ham sandwich from hospital; chopped fruit
D - butternut squash, sweet potato & red lentil curry, brown rice
HEA1 - milk
HEB - bread
Syns - 2 large slices WM bread 8; spread 2; 3 biscuits 9 (at hospital with a cuppa!)
Actually syns aren't quite as bad as I thought they were going to be so not too many to pull back over the week (today is the 1st day of my new week).
That's all for now. Hopefully back to posting normally again for a few days:rotfl:.
