Price it at 90k and hope to get maybe 80k IMO. No offence meant, just my genuine take on value here.0

^ Advice that's genuinely worth every penny you paid for it.Crashy_Time wrote: »Price it at 90k and hope to get maybe 80k IMO. No offence meant, just my genuine take on value here.

No expert here but apart from whats already been said l would de-clutter your property from all the stuff and add a few mirrors. In the right place, it can give the impression of extra space. Also, another point is the 'guide price'. I've only seen the term guide price in property auctions but that is a minor point of course.
Good luck.0 -
General rule on pricing is this.
No viewings means very overpriced. No one views because they can get something much better for less.
Viewings but no offers and it is still overpriced.
Viewings and offers and you have got the price about right.
Your terraced house no it is not a link house is very overpriced at the moment.0 -
You perhaps need to add a sign to the toilet saying "defecate" to go with the signs telling you to soak, wash, eat, sleep etc. Seriously - you might consider getting some better photos done (the out of focus roaring fire doesnt do it for me), and maybe have a declutter and tidy up the garden.0

Ask me when there's enough information in the listing to form a view. Right now, the issue isn't the asking price per se - it's the abysmal details. And they're all we've got to go on.Crashy_Time wrote: »How much do you think it is worth?0 -
