No viewing on house----help

HI looking for some advice.
My house has been on the market for six months. During that time we have switched estate agents, dropped £5k from their estimate and still have had no interest...not even one viewing.
Attached are a few pictures of my house and given it is on a new build estate where everything else seems to be selling does anyone have any advice on what I can do.
My house is a mid link townhouse however we have converted the top floor, which was one large room into 2 smaller, but decent sized rooms. I know this will not be to everyones taste but surely someone would be interested by now.

Where does one start?
Agent says it is a 3 bed, then in the description says 4 bed.
No photo of Bed 3
No floorplan
Poor photo of front of house
Rear yard seems tiny, espec for 4 bed house, plus is cluttered.
Lounge seems small for 4 bed house.
Kit/diner is small
Some rooms seem a bit cluttered. If you are querying your Council Tax band would you please state whether you are in England, Scotland or Wales0 -
The photos are awful - and describing the property as 'cosy' won't be helping - most buyers will translate that as meaning 'tiny'.0

No floor plan
Pic 12 the photo of the fire, why? what does it add. Personally I find it most odd.
Write up uses the word 'temporarily' does that mean you will convert it back or it is sold as is.
Not clear from photo one if you are the left or right door / house
Don't like sun light on photo one
Photos generally not good, get them all retaken
No floor plan
i hall with downstairs wc What is an i hall? if it is an error who proof read?

Fromom what you've said, have you converted the master bedroom into 2 kids rooms on the top floor?
This makes for a VERY small 4 bed rather than a modest 3. Is it priced as a 3 or 4 bed? Have you looked to see what properties you're competing against. How's it going, AKA, Nutwatch? - 12 month spends to date = 2.60% of current retirement "pot" (as at end May 2025)0 -
Same comments from me. Photos are awful! Confusion about 3 or 4 bedroom. COSY???? who on earth thought that word was a good idea??0

Agree with the comments. It looks small and cosy makes it sound small.
What are similar properties in the estate selling for and I guess they must be a similar size. By the looks of it, it would make an ideal starter home.::A0 -
The rooms look and are quite small, and there are dozens of other new-ish properties for sale within spitting distance of yours, which makes me think that someone has built a lot of homes where there's not much demand.
Having said that, yours does seem reasonable value relative to some of the others currently marketed. The garden is small, but it's probably the right property for someone with a lot of kids who cannot stretch to something bigger.
Moving forward, I'd
(a) Get rid of this agent. The photos and property description makes it clear they're terrible.
(b) Make sure your next agent uses floorplans, and takes much better photos.
(c) Declutter and rearrange furniture before the photographs are taken, and keep it that way until sold."Real knowledge is to know the extent of one's ignorance" - Confucius0 -
Houghton le spring is a cheap ex coal mining area so get rid of the word *up and coming estate*0

It is a home for a first time buyer. 2 beds and a study. Not a very small 4 bed. There is only one allocated parking place and the back garden is very small so not a family home.
No one is going to want to pay extra for 4th bedroom so put it back to how it was and sell it as a 3 bed. Sell it for the price of a 3 bed as well.
No viewings means extremely overpriced. What do other 3 bed terraced houses with a small garden sell for?0
