    Thanks for all your help. I found some senior management on Linkedin - emailed them and they agreed to cancel the PCN.

    Just double-checked and the person who actually cancelled the ticket was Dave (Senior Administrator) - admin@premierpark.co.uk
    The other senior managers just agreed to put a pause on legal action

    Truly amazing that you managed to complain to the parking company that gave you a PCN in the first place and they agreed to cancel it.
