Please opinion on the following.
There is a Ukps sign at the said parking site stating - 5 minutes grace to read sign.
However Didn't show this on the letter, or on the websitr invoice.

It's good that you're collecting bits and pieces of relevant information. But there's nothing to be done now except trying to put this to the back of your mind. Though of course you do need to ferret away all the bits of paper and the photos you took and any stupid debt collectors letters that come your way just in case this does go to court.
You have this thread too ... if you do ever get a Letter Before Claim you can revive it. Personally I'd print off the content just in case MSE make any changes that result in it being lost. But that is probably over-cautious.
There's also the option of keeping abreast of new posts here & helping out where you can. That will help with any anxiety as there as so many success stories! Plus it will equip you for a fight down the line - though with luck that may not happen.0 -
Hi,
I paid to park in a private car park in Edinburgh whereby I had to book a slot prior to entry online. I've since received a PCN even though I did not outstay my welcome. On checking my receipt, it is dated for the day after I parked (pretty sure I selected the correct day but obviously can't prove this).
Do you think I have sufficient grounds to appeal given I paid for parking the day after at exactly the same time and did not attend for the session I paid for as I input the wrong day (allegedly) by accident? I was hoping I could argue that I did not knowingly breach contract as it was accidental.
Any advice would be greatly appreciated

Two pieces of advice 1. Don't hijack other peoples threads, it gets confusing. 2. As this is Scotland ignore it.0 -
Hi,
Yeah, sorry I'm kinda new here and could not find how to create a new thread. It is related though so didn't think it would be a problem. If someone could advise how I create a new thread?
