They have not detailed a address, No Town, City, postcode.
Just says old #@#@ site. Photo of car could literally be anyware.

They will have got the registered keepers details from the DVLA. If you are not the registered keeper then it's likely the registered keeper will have named you as the day to day keeper.
You seem to be stressing unnecessarily about this. Just wait and see if you get a formal Letter Before Claim.0 -
Motability records are held by the DVLA, and show the name of the registered user, so they are not lying.Unfortunately Stephen the newbies thread still contains some out of date references to 'ignore it',PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).

I know that's what these organizations want, and for people to pay.
