so I'm looking forward to current tenancies ending so that I can get tenants in at increased prices
Can you tell me when the tennant move out and give me the addresses.
I might be able to find you some new people for them.Bankruptcy isn't the worst that can happen to you. The worst that can happen is your forced to live the rest of your life in abject poverty trying to repay the debts.0 -

yes I did actually.0 -
I wouldn't say there is a glut of rentals in London and the South East, so I'm looking forward to current tenancies ending so that I can get tenants in at increased prices, with an influx of eastern europeans, rental properties are in short supply, they also make for good tenants.
If you look on rightmove there are hundreds of properties to rent in London and in the south east0 -

Within half a mile of my BTL there are 19 properties (i.e., 2 pages) including 'Let subject to contract'. When I have looked in the past there has been normally 5 pages (upto 50 properties). Two bed terraced houses are up from £350 to £425 over the last 12 months. My 4 bed BTL looks to be a bargain at £420.
Those rents look cheap.
People here ask questions but never say "where" and as we know, location, location, location is very important.0 -

Yes, but there is a population of over 7 million people in London, I really don't think its going to suffer from over supply. Anyway here in leafy Hertfordshire rental prices are already on the rise and my next property will be going up £75- £100 a month in a few time.0 -
yes I did actually.
What an amateur. This credit crunch is currently looking for fools like you to destroy?0 -
yes I did actually.
What?
are you saying that when you renewed a tenancy, the rent was lower than it was before?dolce vita's stock reply templates
#1. The people that run these "sell your house and rent back" companies are generally lying thieves and are best avoided
#2. This time next year house prices in general will be lower than they are now
#3. Cheap houses are a good thing not a bad thing0 -
