Can't sell flat!

Is there a lift?
Why is there no mention of service charge or how long is left on the lease?
The bathroom photo needs to be retaken to include the shower. Same goes for bedroom photo, it currently looks too crammed in; if you took it from further back by the door you could at least show some space.
Have you thought about sprucing up the kitchen? It looks like the lounge and bathroom are modern but the kitchen hasn’t been touched since the 90s. Even if that means changing the tiles and floor from that awful blue to a clean white at a bare minimum.
The EA needs to write a proper description to sell it and highlight good points eg parking space. The one sentence it currently is, will not cut it.
FYI your flat is not in central London, it’s just south east London.I'm a Board Guide on the Credit Cards, Loans, Credit Files & Ratings boards. I'm a volunteer to help the boards run smoothly, and I can move and merge threads there. Any views are mine and not the official line of moneysavingexpert.com0 -

It's slow market. We sold 2 bedroom flat 5 minutes from train station in 2016 and people were queuing to see it. The same flat is on the market after 3 years, initially at 10% premium over previous price and then price dropped to 5% premium over previous price. Still on a market after 6 weeks. Whatever was desirable couple of years ago in Greater London, it's not now.
Our neighbour put a house for sale and had one viewing in a month.0 -

Brexit effect, or something far bigger?0 -
Was the guy who made your advert being laid off? That is genuinely the shortest description I've ever seen on a listing. I've seen coat hangers advertised with longer descriptions than your house!
This is what the other listing that is cheaper than yours includes;A light newly decorated first floor apartment situated in this modern well kept purpose built development, close to all local amenities and adjacent to the ‘Albion Channel’.
Aberdale Court is situated within short walking distance of Surrey Quays Shopping Centre, overground station and Canada Water Jubilee line station, leading from Stratford to Green Park/Bond Street, giving easy access to both Canary Wharf and the West End.
I can't believe there is literally one sentence. I'm genuinely baffled.
"Viewings Recommended" - I suppose this is in contrast to the properties estate agents sell that they don't want people to view?
No mention of the lease length whatsoever?
Sells houses for a living? They couldn't give away prosecco at a hen party!Know what you don't0 -
