Best bit of advice - "EA`s are very active on forums - DYOR". I would also add - the PRICE POLICE are also very active on some forums, definitely DYOR.

That's a 2-year old link. There is more recent and compelling, however anecdotal, evidence to support the same narrative.

Oh, and the plural of EA is EAs, without the apostrophe. EA's is the so-called Saxon genitive, e.g. John's car = the car that belongs to John

1, HOW MUCH haha you do know we going throw a brixit at the moment
2, how much are the leasehold and service charges and ground rent etc
3, 3rd and above maybe hard for some to get a mortgage on
4, next to the tunnel that equals bad air and traffic, expensive parking and roads charges everyday if you have the wrong type of car
    5, HOW MUCH .....

I would lower price as we will still make at least 50k profit on yur original investment, good luck

I quite like it and like the location, but if it wasn't in my core area wouldn't contact the EA as there is not note of service charges, ground rent, length of lease etc. General experience is that if these are not disclosed there is a serious issue.

Plus I found it annoying trying to check the square meters from the floorplan. Is it really appropriate to show maximum lengths on triangular rooms?

Quite. There's oodles of anecdotal evidence either way. How "compelling" you find it depends largely on whether it agrees with, or goes against, your preconceptions.

That's kinda the definition of anecdotal evidence. Which, in itself, is an inherent contradiction...
