Can't sell flat!

Thanks for the advice. The agent did suggest taking new photos but I wasn't sure how valuable it would be.
Might have to take a different view on it!0 -

Think it was due to all the items I stuffed in there trying to hide :rotfl:0

There's probably nothing wrong with your price, to sell your flat; it's probably properly priced right now. BUT - YOU have your eye on another, so that creates the "need" for you to weigh up whether to drop the price to sell, so you can get the one you want, or to hold on....0

Yes that's true--hence why I'm okay with dropping the price as don't want to lose out on the 'dream home'....!0

If you do this, consider repainting the bedroom to a lighter colour and changing the lampshades in the living room and bedroom. Remove the computer desk (and weird chair with cover?) from the living room. Put a couple of nice cushions on the sofa! Basically tart it up a little bit :-) . Small differences but might encourage someone to look around.0 -
How much ??????Blackpool_Saver is female, and does not live in Blackpool0

Price aside , it's right fr the area I imagine but crazy as done my way a 3 bedroom house under £100K.
Anyway moving on.
Picture 1 - living room
Odd shape - where would my TV go? Picture 5 now shows it, but personally I wouldn't have gone past picture 2 as moved to a different room. The angle for me is off-putting.
Allocated Parking - for me alone or can others use it?
It's Leasehold, I prefer freehold
Experience from my current home, small = lack of storage which is a nightmare.0 -
Definitely get new photos taken. Although its a reflection on the bad agent to not have told you to tidy things before they took the pics. When my agent took photos he was literally moving things out of rooms, flattening my bed sheets to within an inch of their life etc. A good agent should take good photos.0

I think for the area it's priced OK but present climate it is taking a little longer to get sales... It really depends how quickly you need to go and I would drop straight to the price which would make it sell if time is of the essence ..Better photographs would help
The design is an odd shape which could be a little off putting but nothing you can do..
I'd do a few tweaks as above and take out everything that's not needed to maximise space .. if things aren't used often they can dis appear for photographs and viewings... a bit like packing the animals off ,just drive round the block with a table or two in the car.
Hope things move quickly soon0
