WUDUPA x 2 bowls of pots + frying pan
then muckied pots and frying pan to make myself an omelette for lunch
So next job will be WUDUPA bowl of pots and put baking trays to soak
The end is in sight
No Mount Washmore, no mountain of dirty pots - I'll think I'm in the wrong house

Good afternoon
Thanks for the thread - better late than never!! I have just caught up. Hugs to you JoJo I had been thinking about you all weekend. Your brother truly was a superhero! My step niece and a very dear school friend's son have both benefited from transplants (both had kidney transplants) so I understand what an important gift that is xx
I spent four days doing gardening!! Either at home or at the allotment - still so much to do!!
Today I have walked the dog before work, put on the WM and hung it out to dry. After spending the morning at toddler group, I am now watching a 2YO & 3YO play with a very large cardboard box!! I sometimes wonder why I have a house full of toys!!! :rotfl:
I have emptied the DW and restacked. I may even wash up the other bits before DH gets home - but I probably won't!!
Grumpy dog is in the garden because he was whining upstairs. He is banished to upstairs while I am working because he is a miserable git!! He is also scared of flies and I think that is why he is whinging  That's what happens when I open the back door to let the fresh air in!!
School run soon, followed by the madness that is 'after school'!! Roll on 5:300 -
WUDUPA lunch pots + frying pan - which is in shock at being washed twice on the same day
And …. whilst the baking trays are soaking I decided to put together the new hoover and 'have a go' at the stairs
I have hoovered the landing and the top three stairs - bad news: the dust catcher is teeny tiny titchy and it's a v-e-r-y long time since I hoovered the stairs; good news: the teeny tiny titchy dust catcher is easy to empty
I'll go hoover three more stairs then tackle the baking trays. Sluggish? Me? That was so this morning :rotfl:

I hoovered FOUR more stairs Get me lol
I scrubbed the baking trays and poured away the water.
I unblocked the sink
Baking trays are now soaking in clean hot soapy water.
Friend phoned and I told her that I was hoovering the stairs. She's gone to have a lie down :rotfl: (She says if I hoover the stairs every week  the teeny tiny titchy dust catcher will be big enough in future if is such a BIG WORD )

Baking trays scrubbed, dried and put away.
Cooker top and draining board wiped down.
All stairs hoovered - and a cursory swipe round the edges of the square at the bottom of the stairs to pick up cobwebs.
Put out bin and recycling boxes.
Said 'hello' to NN.
That's it now - I'm resting!

Finished work at 3pm and picked up DD after school. We ran a few errands, picked up a couple of bits at Mr W, which will hopefully, along with the pre-work visit to the f&v market, mean that a big shop can be avoided for the week.
We had a super healthy salad for dinner and then I dragged DH out for a 20 minute walk before it got dark. I’m being inspired by Kaz and her stepping, but not ready to inflict me on a bicycle to the unsuspecting public.
Kitchen tidied, potential argument about GCSE art negotiated and averted, I now have a cuppa. Hmmmm.... not a lot of flying though - unlike Round :T
I’m declaring early - LR tomorrow and a paperwork catchup. That’s the plan anyway.0 -
Good evening!
Well, the rest of the pots were washed up - by DH when he got in!
6 children were taken to the park to run off some energy before being fed. They were then all put in a large box, but escaped before I could post it!! :rotfl::rotfl: Well, they had fun anyway - job done!
Chippy tea eaten, diaries written and LR hoovered. Just watching the last episode of the Bay then going to bed as I am shattered!!
Note to self: must try harder!!0 -
