    I'm not getting involved in what's clearly a long-standing personal beef that erupts into handbags occasionally, but... "I work with (serve) the public" is a rather flexible term could mean just about anything from trolley-collecting round Sainsbury's car park or "Would you like fries with that?" at McDogbits upwards...
