And please read CEC16's thread and ALL the very recent witness statements post this week, since the Southampton hearing.

It is vital you include the 3 points I read out at Southampton, in your WS, and include the same evidence about the added sixty quid, as well as your other evidence like signage photos and whatever else you have.

Also your COSTS SCHEDULE goes now too.

Notice of Discontinuance received. States that the claimant discontinues all of the claim.
Am I correct in assuming that this is all over now?

Yay! You won! Did it save you having to print a WS and post it?

WELL DONE - that is a win against Parking Charge Limited.

It need not be, the ball is in your court. They have wasted your time, and time is money. Consider a claim for £19 an hour plus any mileage you clocked up.

[FONT=Times New Roman, serif]Nine times out of ten these tickets are scams, so consider complaining to your MP after the election, it can cause the scammer extra costs and work.

Parliament is well aware of the MO of these private parking companies, many of whom are former clampers, and on 15th March 2019 a Bill was enacted to curb the excesses of these shysters. Codes of Practice are being drawn up, an independent appeals service will be set up, and access to the DVLA's date base more rigorously policed, persistent offenders denied access to the DVLA database and unable to operate.

Hopefully life will become impossible for the worst of these scammers, but until this is done you should still complain to your MP, citing the new legislation.

Just as the clampers were finally closed down, so hopefully will many of these Private Parking Companies.

The money claim website has not updated that bw legal filed for a discontinuance. Is this normal? Should I contact anyone to confirm?

MCOL are not involved at all now - the case left their database for updates, once the case was allocated to track and went to your local court.
