    The time it took you to type that response you can have defined the acronyms. Next time please say nothing as my response was not directed at you. Nevertheless thanks for directing me where to look.

    Thanks. Could you please elaborate. Lots of acronyms that I'm not familiar with.

    With which of the acronyms are you struggling?

    From your first post: -
    I have read the Newbies thread in detail but still have some questions.
    Did you miss the list of acronyms in post # 5? However, to save any mistakes: -
    SAR = Subject Access Request
    ICO = Information Commissioners Office
    DPO = Data Protection Officer
    PPC = Private Parking Company

    The time it took you to type that out you could have googled them, or simply read post #5 of the newbies sticky thread

    In future kindly do your research before posting

    The regulars here are not going to do the basics for you and will definitely admonish you for not checking or googling first

    You even used acronyms yourself, like in post #28

    Still no SAR from PCL and no further communication from BW Legal. Is it safe for me to assume that this has all been put to bed or should I get in contact with them?

    As said above, it's now the turn of ICO
    Trouble these companies have is they think they are "god's give to ignorance and arrogance".
    The law is on our side when it come to whipping arrogance

    Regarding BWLegal, they will be back, just like Arnie" but would they win over a grace period case, doubt it. The incentive for them to come back will be the fake £60 they add-on .... extra profit

    And on that subject of the fake £60 then be prepared by reading this ......
    https://forums.moneysavingexpert.com/discussion/6014081/abuse-of-process-district-judge-tells-bwlegal

    Why should you pay £15, not even £1, if you are happy that they ignored the grace period

    I was unsure of what PPC was but this has now been sorted. Thanks.

    HI,

    I'm having trouble locating the word 'Privacy' in the top right corner of PCLs payment screen. There's nothing there...

    Is the problem that I can't log into my claim? This has been an issue from the start. It doesn't recognise either my reg or PCN number!

    I can't even find a phone number for them

    Any suggestions would be gratefully received

    You are not looking in the right place.

    See your thread, I answered you.
    PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).
    CLICK at the top or bottom of any page where it says:
    Home»Motoring»Parking Tickets Fines & Parking - read the NEWBIES THREAD

    Why are you posting on someone else's thread when you already have one of your own? Please confine your questions about your predicament to your own thread.
