So just to confirm..
I am handing one bundle in to the court front desk today of where it's going to take place.
I am sending the other to :
Civil Enforcement Ltd
Horton House
Exchange flags
Liverpool
L2 3PF
I keep a third bundle for myself to take on the day.
Correct?0 -
100% correct0

Thank you so much to yourself and anyone else who has helped me through this so far. It's very much appreciated.0

Good luck BeadyRoller. I recently won’t against CEL.0

So I posted off my bundle to Civil Enforcement Ltd.
I went to Telford court to deliver my other bundle, where the hearing is taking place, and a man served me and said there are two separate offices, the one in Stoke needs my documents and they would send them on for me.
Is this ok?
Is it worth maybe sending a PDF to Stoke's email as well today.0 -

Turn that around and perhaps ask if sending an email to Stoke would do any harm.
I'm sure you can answer that question all by yourself.0 -
It's definitely worth it.
I'm just a bit worried now as the 14 day deadline is tomorrow and if it doesn't get passed on to Stoke from Telford today it might not get there in time. Or will they take in to account I delivered to Telford today? Not sure how it works.0 -
so phone Stoke and ask them , nobody here would know
, we dont know how it works either , so please tell us for the future
no reason an email cannot be sent either, doesnt cost anything to do so
you do realise that this forum isnt a legal aid forum ? its a parking charge notice forum on a consumer rights forum, nothing to do with the MCOL court claim system
if your issue was about a faulty boiler you didnt pay for you wouldnt be on this forum at all !! your problem is a court claim, that a pcn caused , not about the pcn itself , think about it
if you have fears , then contact people about them , in this case the courts0 -
It was served on the court
So SEND That damned email!
Call
Do *something* - being worried here wont help, as we cant assuage your fears. Only the court can . SO communicate with them, explaining what you were told, and checking that youve complied. If doing it by phone, follow up with an email confirming what was discused on teh phone.0 -
Ok ok guys. I just like to double check absolutely everything with you even though I'm 99% sure of things, just the way I am. I'll get on to the court now. Thanks.0
