  • Just sorting through my evidence now and what to print out/send off.

Is that enough as proof of transaction or do I need to actually print the whole bank statement off?

I would redact the full bank statement apart from that transaction and print it off , I believe Libreoffice can do this , or print the statement , black out the unwanted stuff with a black marker , and scan it or take a picture of it to include in the Exhibits

you could embed your pic above into the WS and save as a pdf too, referring it to the redacted bank statement included in the bundle
  • Just read my Notice Of Allocation letter again and noticed this:

"Unless the claimant does by 4.00pm on the 4 October 2019 pay to the court the trial fee of £25.00 or file a properly completed application (i.e one which provides all the required information in the manner requested) for help with fees, then the claim will be struck out with effect from 4 October 2019 without further order and, unless the court orders otherwise, you will also be liable for the costs which the defendant has incurred."

Does this mean there is a chance of the claimant not following through with it?

Of course that is exactly what it means.

You must act as if the Claimant does pay the fee until you actually hear from the court that the hearing is not going to take place.

    Why would you do otherwise?

Thanks. Yeah for sure, I will just carry on as normal.

I am now at the stage of sending my Witness Statement and Evidence to the court and claimant. What do I send where and what way should I send it? Is there a certain way to go about it?

Is an email sufficient to both parties or do I need to send it off in the post etc?

Mileage allowance is 45p per mile.
