No idea why the CCBC don't include a DQ with that letter but hey ho.
We also know they are over 2 weeks behind, so the DQ will arrive in May.PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).

Hi. So I have finally received the questionnaire. Filled it in as advised and I see I should send a copy to the claimant as well. In this case Civil Enforcement Ltd. Do I literally just send them a copy? I don't have to include anything else do I?
Thanks.0 -

As long as they can identify that it came from you, nothing else. Send it electronically if you can (take a screenshot of it just before pressing the send button). Please note, we are not a legal advice forum. I personally don't get involved in critiquing court case Defences/Witness Statements, so unable to help on that front. Please don't ask. .

There doesn't appear to be an email address on their 'Contact Us' section of their website, so send it by post with free Certificate of Posting from your Post Office counter (not any form of 'signed for' as, among other reasons, their postal address is simply a remote mailbox somewhere in Liverpool).
However there is a Data Protection Officer email address on their Privacy page, so use that to send an 'insurance' copy.Data Protection Officer, Civil Enforcement Ltd, Horton House, Exchange Flags, Liverpool, L2 3PF or by email at dataprotectionofficer@ce-service.co.uk.Please note, we are not a legal advice forum.
