Tried to get to the gym today, but there was a big traffic jam as it is a shopping place, turned round came home and walked to the local Tesco about 2 miles there and back.
Had some help offered to me today , which I am going to take up. Have decided the ADs are not for me, I have them should I change my mind.
Been diagnosed with UTI so have antibiotics for that. Also think I am getting a sty on my eye. Think I am generally run down, so am getting outside every day for a walk. Glad I had the chance to be in the sun in Spain.
I am cooking. Christmas dinner for the first time in 21 years , looking forward to it.

I'm glad you took up the offer of help Sunshine. I think it's an excellent idea to get out for walks in the fresh air, it definitely keeps me healthy and is very good for coping with stress and mild depression.
I hope you have a lovely Christmas :xmastree::xmassign: :santa2::xmassmile:rudolf:Finally Debt Free After 34 Years, But Still Need to Live Frugally

Just catching up and so sorry you are having a rough time. Please take the time off work to look after yourself. Eat well and get out when you can and enjoy being with people you love.
Wishing you a happy Christmas ( hope someone else is washing up if you are cooking!) And a much better 2020 xx1 -
It does sound like you are run down. A UTI, a sty coming, all the signs that your body needs a rest. I hope you manage to get some rest over the holidays.
I always get emotional at Carol Services. They bring out a very soppy side to me.
