Lovely Christmas tree. Bet the gks enjoyed helping you. I’ve just had a look around the avenue 6 out of the 10 houses have their decorations up. We’re usually a mid December lot around here 😂
Ive just put the film Last Christmas on.....or should I say dh has put it on 😂😂😂😂 it’s because our Now TV offer finishes on 1st December 😂😂😂 think he’s going soft in his old age 😂
It really is a dark miserable day....I lay in bed this morning contemplating getting up for the builder who was due at 8. It was really dark....the phone rang and he was outside waiting. I thought it was still around 7 as it was pitch black in the bedroom.....so I had to do a dressing gown dash to let him in 😂😂😂

  • Your Christmas tree looks really nice Sunshinegirl 🎄. There's nothing like it for cheering the place up. I think everyone is putting their decorations up early this year, I've never done ours in November before but I started last weekend and have finished today 🎅.

I'm sorry to hear about your SIL and hope there are treatment options for her.

I need to sort some photos out as I have about a thousand of mine and most of my mum's so about two thousand altogether. I think I'll be retired before I have time to sort that lot out 🙄.

  • I have never put my decorations up this early either, but the tree lights are lovely and I have just finished watching Xmas film number 2 , I think three might be overkill.

What a lovely little tree 🎄 I usually put mine up the first weekend in December but I’m early this year, need some Christmas cheer. It’s been very gloomy here today too.

  • My Christmas tree is the trashy version, full of baubles from places we have visited , ones bought for the kids and ones family have given us over the years.

Sad news about the colleague’s husband. I hope your dad will be ok, fingers crossed 🤞

  • Also hope your dad is ok. It must be so hard for the lady. Isolation as well as grieving.
Decorations are a bit of a thing in our family. Whenever we go abroad, we try to get one so it reminds us of a certain holiday. x
