I’ve been on vitamin d and calcium for years. When I was recently in hospital the consultant seemed very pleased that I was on them and told me not to stop. I also had a thought the other day - last time I was in with the same as I had this time I ended up with pneumonia.....in between times I’ve had the jab for it. I wonder if that helped me this time or whether it was coincidence I didn’t get it this time...as I’m 15 years older and had the same operation🤔🤔🤔🤔
it’s surprising how looking at photos can make you appreciate things and set you thinking. Hope it brought back lots of happy memories as well and the ones you contemplated upon. I started scrapbooking my photos years ago but it came to a standstill.....I might start again as I’ve got lots of crafty stash I can use.January spends - £587.582 -
Will be interesting to see if I have sufficient Vitamin D , posted the pack back anyway.I have managed to do everything on my list, the cupboard outside is all organised and there is room to move in it. The Christmas things are near the front ready for the weekend . I did my ironing and put it all away. Have hoovered and dusted my lounge again all the sorting made it dusty again. My next job is to start writing Xmas cards , will probably end up posting a lot more this year.Life is an adventure, never stop exploring.2

I think I’ll be sending even fewer cards than normal this year. Usually give out a few to people at work which won’t be happening. The ones I post, the list gets shorter every year sadly 😩I get knocked down but I get up again (Chumbawamba, Tubthumping)2

The week has been so busy again. I have watched my DGD do her nativity play via a video link , I shed a little tear or two that we couldn't be there , but hats off to the nursery teacher for making it happen.Christmas will be no different for me this year , lunch with the parents that I will make. DD is having Christmas with just her , SIL and children she will be 37 weeks pregnant so is limiting her audiences .I we t in work yesterday for my usual Wednesday trip and I must say I am beginning to enjoy going in. Saw another couple of faces I haven't seen for 8 months and a little conversation was had all at a distance of course.Need to go and get dressed .Life is an adventure, never stop exploring.3

The nativity play sounded lovely - it is so sad we can’t actually go and soak up the atmosphere.
I’m pleased you enjoyed your visit to work.Christmas with your mum and dad sounds lovely - I think your dd is being sensible. I can’t believe it’s coming around so quick....not long now until you’ll be a Grandma again ❤️January spends - £587.582 -

Another one here who regularly takes vit D, I have taken it for a couple of years now but normally only from about October to April when the sun isn't out much, this year I took it right through the year because I didn't get out in the sun everyday. How lovely that the nursery still put on a play,I used to love going to my girls nativity at Christmas and always cried 😀Original Debt Owed Jan 18 = £17,630 Paid To Date = £6,510 Owed = £11,1202
