Sunshine_girl2 said:My dad is waiting for a doctor to phone him, no home visits. I think he will need to go A&E but we will see.As I said yesterday DGS wanted some Christmas bits for his homework , to make a card for a nursing home resident , it had to be a Christmas tree, this is what he made. I would be happy to receive this.Original Debt Owed Jan 18 = £17,630 Paid To Date = £6,510 Owed = £11,1204

Sat at my desk looking out of the window, blue skies thank goodness , listening to Christmas songs on Radio 2 , wondering how is it nearly my birthday again.I wonder in years to come how much of 2020 I will remember , hopefully my diary will remind me.I love December usually, my birthday month and Christmas, when I was a child it seemed magical to have a Christmas tree up for your birthday. On the money front have just paid last of Christmas shopping bills on CC so cleared again for the month.I started my first diary in Jan 2017 and hopefully by next summer will be debt free , can't wait. This site has been invaluable to me, plus I have made some RL friends from it which is fabulous.I have been a bit melancholy today, must be the Christmas songs .Life is an adventure, never stop exploring.4

I’m not surprised your feeling a tad melancholy Beanie - it’s a funny old year and memories of your anniversary thrown into the mix......
Well done on clearing the Christmas cc SG2January spends - £587.583 -
Finally caught up with your diary. I'm so sorry to hear about your SIL ☹️- I do hope future news is positive. And so pleased to read that your dad recovered well.Loved your little tree and the card! Keep going on the debt busting - next summer will be here before you know it,It's weird how some Christmas songs affect you. My fave is 'Fairy Tale of New York' but it's hardly a happy song if you listen to the words. The one that really seems to affect me in a blubbing sort of way me is the John Lewis Christmas ad song a few years ago - Somewhere Only We Know sung by Lily Allen. Oh dear I think I'd better go and put on some Slade......🤣Finally Debt Free! - July 2016 🌟

Went into work early today as I had some things to pick up on the way. I am delivering winter/Christmas packs to my neighbours where I live courtesy of my employers. I will enjoy doing that tomorrow , there are some Christmas items and things like gloves and bed socks in the bag. Left work about 2pm and logged on back at home.I have swapped my gas and electric today via MSE energy club so another thing done.Tomorrow is my hairdressing appointment , my niece is coming to do it now she is over her Covid.Life is an adventure, never stop exploring.3
