I’m glad about the not going to the office over winter too. Was a bit nervous of walking in the dark mornings, don’t have to worry now 👍

  • I'm really glad you managed your break in the Lakes :). It's such a shame the covid rates are so high in your area and you have so many restrictions on what you can do and who you can see :(.

I'm glad your Mum enjoyed her landmark birthday despite everything :).

It's good that you don't have to worry about going back to work for a while, or do you miss going there and seeing people?

I'm also packing away my summer clothes and getting out my winter ones as it's suddenly got so cold and all the doors and windows are open at school!

    Have a good weekend :).

What a beautiful day we have had , did a  big walk in the sun , across the Moss and around the farms.
Have watched more of The Crown , it's so interesting , I love history so it has completely gripped me. Has everyone downloaded the NHS Covid App ? My town is now not the worst in the country for the virus  , small steps.
Work comes around so soon , early night I think .

Not downloaded the app yet. Not sure about it, would you have to self isolate if you’d just walked past someone with Covid?

  • I'm not sure , I am going to read a bit more about it before I download it .

I’m not going out much so decided to wait for the gremlins to show themselves before I get the app.
Sounds like you’ve had a lovely walk 👍
    January spends - £587.58
  • I've not downloaded either. I've heard there's a few teething problems so I'll wait till they're resolved. Bound to be with it being new. X

  • Grey wet morning here but at least don't have to leave home to go to work in it . Have updated my signature and will go under £2000 in October the lowest my debt has been in 10 years.
I have kept my holidays when I should have been in Tenerife as my friend has offered me her caravan again midweek. I am taking up the offer I can be alone but looking at different scenery. I just take my food and off I go.
Have some online training to do for work this morning for our new paperless system , then a flu jab this afternoon . Dare I say work seems to be a little quieter this week .
    Coffee needed now .
