Hope your niece isn’t badly affected and makes a speedy recovery.
It’s good that neither yourself or parents haven’t seen her for 2 weeks.
Stay safe and enjoy babysitting 👍

That’s why I’m not downloading it HHOD. You could end up in isolation permanently. I went in M&S for a coffee last week and they were a bit shirty with me when I hadn’t scanned the QR code. They took my name and phone number though.
I can't download it because I have an iPhone 5 and it's too old, they shouldn't get shirty because not everyone has a phone capable of installing it and they can take your details manually if they really want to

I agree about the app , lots of older people don't have smart phones , just giving your details is just as good .
Babysitting last night  over and done by 9pm , DD said it was a lovely treat . It only seems yesterday that we were having breakfast in bed on her wedding day .
I am hoping to get out for a walk before it rains , but need to check in with niece and sister in law to see if they need anything first. Sister in law is awaiting her results from Covid test as well, she saw my niece on Thursday for a few mins so we are hoping she is ok.
I am on leave again in a week as we should have been flying to Tenerife on Friday for DDs big birthday . I have the use of the caravan to look forward to and am hoping to do the bulk of my Christmas shopping . I am not looking forward to it at all want to avoid shops and people. Will mainly do click and collect I think .

Life is an adventure, never stop exploring.
