Well done, a great result. What an astute judge.

Very well done. I did notice that there were five parking cases being heard in Derby today. Of those three were VCS and one was Excel. No wonder the judges are getting hacked off with these claims. A waste of court time and public money.

  • Thanks all for your feedback, I am just so pleased with the outcome.
I realize now I forgot to blank out my name, reg plate etc. Unless someone thinks this might be a big problem e.g find my address from it. i don't mind that being on there, I just want it to be there for others to use and learn from.
Anyone and everyone can use any defence, WS and the judgement I've provided if it helps them

And yes the judge was very good. He had heard the same case 1 month before and yes probably did have a draft of his judgment already due to that.
Any more questions let me know!

As you should be! Excellent result and thank you for kindly providing access to the judgement. I have posted the link to a couple of FB PPC fightback groups. Hope okay? ;0)

I will share it with an email group off forum that includes a number of big hitters in the anti-PPC world, if that's OK?

    WELL DONE.

Congratulations and well done for holding your nerve, an excellent result and well deserved! I'm sure your case will help and encourage others to fight back and win against these scumbags.

I had to chase for my costs as VCS missed the date instructed by the Judge, they claimed it had been posted ( more lies) but lost in the post and would have to reissue another cheque. It was eventually received but not without more phone calls.

Glad it is all over for you now and that you can celebrate your win, I'm sure you'll agree that it was worth it and that court is something not to worry about or be put off by.

    Well done.

    Well done.
It seems the same thing is happening to me now... Two days till they have to pay and i've had nothing. Is there anything you can suggest I do? Ring the Court on Monday or VCS?

Read the mcol site about warrant of control , plus read the thread by benr1804 where he has posted about it already , be it Excel or VCS

You won't learn anything if you don't read other threads nor the MCOL advice pages
  • Thanks RedX.

Reading them both now, thanks for the direction.
