I can't work out how to access that.
Don't panic, your bundle of exhibits sounds quite organised and is clearly described, I just think a master plan brings it all together and introduces the issue of the invisible boundary at the very start, which is what you want to do. It makes it clearer. Maybe also put in a "clean" copy of the master plan behind the marked up one, so there are no added lines, just to emphasise the lack of any boundary feature/demarcation. If it's too late to do that, take a clean copy with you to court. You could perhaps say that the master plan is a google earth photo, so the judge knows its provenance.
You've done a good job. When you've done your WS, read claxtome's thread, it is quite similar, and someone else had a case about the same carpark and the same issue (their thread is linked to on claxtome's). I helped claxtome draft his documents (I was more active on the forum back then)Although a practising Solicitor, my posts here are NOT legal advice, but are personal opinion based on limited facts provided anonymously by forum users. I accept no liability for the accuracy of any such posts and users are advised that, if they wish to obtain formal legal advice specific to their case, they must seek instruct and pay a solicitor.0 -

I thought a clean copy would be a good idea too so luckily that's already in! Thank you for your guidance it's been a big help. I've had a brief read of Claxtome's thread, but I haven't seen that other one so I will read that soon.
Would you say this is ready to be printed?0 -

That's it all, think I'm ready to print. I have a costs schedule done up too, shall I put that in the same envelope?0 -
Sounds like you've been busy with your ws and had some technical issues along the way.
The advice you are receiving now is exactly what you want, you've done an excellent job and covered lots of issues with great detail.
The fine tuning from the experienced on this forum can make all the difference, well done thus far your ws is impressive.
I can only offer encouragement as I've recently been through it too.0 -

Hi,
I submitted my WS to the court today printed. I also sent an email copy to VCS and to myself on that same email as 'proof of delivery'. In got an automated response that the email was received. In the email it said 'We do not accept service of documents by email'....
Should I just stuff them since I have proof i sent it, or should i send a copy in the post anyway.?
I am having trouble being able to print it which is why I emailed it.0 -
Suggii is waiting on the same answer, I'd say stuff em but wait for a more informative reply.0

Does it give and address for filing and serving documents on your claim form?0

Is that the most recent letter from the court, the one with the court date etc...?0
