I believe there should be an address for service of documents on that letter, especially as it states that you must file and serve etc. by a certain date. I believe that there will also be an address for service of documents on the original claim form from CCBC but I stand to be corrected on that.
  • I will check through my folder and see, you are probably right. On the VCS letter to me, they put the address aka 2 Europa court and they also put an email address which is the one I sent it to. And they asked for any correspondence to go to one of those.

A paper copy was hand delivered to the court on Friday.
Maybe I misread and I have to post it, if VCS get a paper copy a few days after the date its due a court would that be okay? I wont be able to print it till tomorrow.
  • Post it.
Whilst they will have received the email, they do specifically say no service of documents via email.
Since you sent it by email and can prove you did, I don't think any point will be taken on late service.
Use the original address you were given for service in the court claim.

  • Okay, I'll post a copy asap
  • Paper copy posted to VCS first class, hopefully get there tomorrow, today was the day they were meant to pay, going to call the court and see if they have
  • Fees paid, court it is!
