and in regards to the nickname, i'm no orthopaedic surgeon but really I just got the name Jones off the tv show I was watching at the time and thought 'hey bones rhymes with jones that might sound cool'0 -
Castle....Interesting stuff that thank you.
Now to see if i can work that into my WS, much appreciated!!0 -
Another poster had court today and won! It was in the same car park under the same circumstances and although he didn't have a WS filed, he smashed it by the sounds of it.

The judge in his case wasn't interested in the things about who was the landowner; more the signage and abuse of process. Unless anyone suggests otherwise, I was going to take out those bits because if its not going to be received well seems unnecessary...0 -

I was thinking of emailing VCS this..
To the litigations team of Vehicle Control Services Ltd,
On the 17th of September 2019 a claim was struck out by the Court in The County Court of Derby.
Case number XXXXX
The Defendant in that case, xxxxxxx, was contesting your breach of contract claim which is exactly the same as the current claim you hold against me in Case XXXXXX.
In light of the Defendants win, I invite you dismiss the claim you hold against me to save any costs on your behalf. In the event that your claim against me is struck out by the Court also, I will be pursuing for costs and bring a costs schedule with me on the day.
Sincerely,
xxxxxxx
good idea?0 -
struck out
Include your costs schedule NOW for a few hundred, to force them to reconsider.PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).
