I have now edited my last reply and added the link.

Refer to the Defendant in the first person, not as the Defendant (unlike the Defence, which is written in the third person).
Have you read claxton's thread about the two carparks with no demarcation? I'll see if I can find it now.Although a practising Solicitor, my posts here are NOT legal advice, but are personal opinion based on limited facts provided anonymously by forum users. the OP was claxtome, and his thread links to a second thread about the same issues (same carpark)

Hi Loads of Children!
Sorry if this sounds silly, but could you clarify as to which bit you mean about the first and third person? Do you mean instead of saying 'the Defendant believes' , I should just say 'I believe'... Or did you mean something else
Also thank you for the link to that, I've just had a scan through and will see what or if I can add to my WS from that.0 -
Also I know this is a repeat post but if anyone who's knowledgeable with government documents could point something out for me!?

Where in the statement of affairs does show/or not show that Inspire Bounce Fitness LTD did not own any land...
Thanks in advance, just need some clarification so if I feel certain about what I'm putting into evidence0 -

The affairs of Inspire Bounce Fitness are connected with those of Bounce Health & Fitness (Derby) Ltd (Company no 09652417) who went into administration owing the landlord, (Newcore Investments Ltd) a mere £252,000 in rent arrears for the same site.

Yes, so think of your WS like an article you are writing about what happened to you, your story from start to finish. If you weren't driving, make that very clear and talk about "the driver" and "I/me".Although a practising Solicitor, my posts here are NOT legal advice, but are personal opinion based on limited facts provided anonymously by forum users. PS jonesthebones is the sort of nickname we'd actually use in these parts, for an example for an orthopedic surgeon. My favourite is "Dai twice" (real name David Davies). There are also two locals known as Dai green door and Dai red door - both Dais live in the same street but one has a green front door and the other red.Although a practising Solicitor, my posts here are NOT legal advice, but are personal opinion based on limited facts provided anonymously by forum users.
