Hi,
In their witness statement they present a contract between the landowner and themselves i will link.
The lady that signed the agreement resigned officially on the 26th of November, I have a government document for proof. My ticket from VCS was issued on 12th of December.
Would this make the contract agreement void? or would VCS still have authority to issue private tickets even though the director of the company, and person who signed it, no longer worked there?
Just wondering.....

Have vcs added any photographs in their ws that you can compare to the ones you have, if the bays are unclear as to whom operates them then use this against them in yours.
Might be a good idea to post their ws for others to advise.0 -
Inspire Bounce Fitness Ltd were wound up on 20th February 2019 and has now been liquidated. Looking at the filed statement of affairs they never owned any land, so they are not the landowner:-
