Total of 23 for July, please, thanks. I can't believe July is over already - such a strange year. Have a lovely weekend, everybody xxx

Some fabulous numbers here guys, I am so pleased for everyone!
Arkers, Barny, cathybird (a full house!), lantanna, maggiem (special mention, great effort), marahouti (another full set!), maman, sukeyboo (another shout here to say so glad you stuck with the thread) and to everyone else who contributes, however close you got to target this month, you have all done pretty great really.
I also made it to 31/31. That’s now four months in a row AF. May I go for 31 in August too, if I can get through month five, it will spur me on to make it six months. But I am getting ahead of myself here - the next target is to make tomorrow AF.
Thanks cathybird!4 -
I didn't post yesterday just in case I fancied a drink. I didn't, so I'm finishing the month on 15/10 please cathy.
Well done everybody (including me :  ). We're doing so well to have AF days during lockdown. Special mention must go to cathy, marahouti and Season of Mists. You three really smashed it! That's brilliant!
I just have to try and chase that lovely little running dog in August. :5 -

Thanks for the monthly running totals cathy.I'm really pleased because from a target which is to be AF approx a third of each month I'm averaging more than a half. Lockdown has been good to me. The only thing that would sabotage that would be a long holiday. Fat chance! 🤣🤣🤣6

Lots of great results for July - especially everyone who met or exceeded their target or who stayed AF all month such as Cathybird, Marahouti and Season of Mist. Thank you for the special mention Season of Mist, I was really pleased to have an AF Friday which would have been unheard of a while ago.We are having friends round today and family tomorrow, socially distanced of course with bathroom disinfecting going on in between. Then starting again on Monday. I'd really like to get to the position that a few of you seem to have achieved where achieving a reasonable number of AF days takes less effort and planning (or it appears that way reading your diaries). I'm not sure I'm expressing this very well but I think it's about a drink being less important, so not though of rather than thought of and denied. Maybe sometime.
Have a great weekend all.5 -
