Target day today for me so declaring early for tonight Friday 18/18. it will be harder tonight I know Sukeyboo but I am determined to get there. We are having friends over tomorrow so there is something to look forward to then. 

Well done Cathybird, it sounds like you are having a real shift in your attitude to drinking. 29 days is amazing when you are not aiming to be totally AF.

I didn't drink yesterday and because it's the end of the month I am declaring early for today - 31/21😀. Dry July! Who'd  have thought?
I am much the same as you cathybird. I find that I rarely drink at home now and there have been no social occasions of course.
