12/20 for tonight - glad to get back to AF days. Well done Maman to get to target so early and great to read Mondays are getting easier CuppaTea. Having started the week I feel ok to declare early tomorrow (hopefully).

Declaring early as I know I won’t drink today. 13/19 for me please.Feel confident I’ll actually make target for the first time in a while.I’ve had my moments and some challenges, can’t say it’s been easy but having to rely on others to do my shopping has definitely helped reduce my consumption.I do need to work on how much I have in one go though. Still too greedy.Live for the moment and plan for the future4

Thanks for your kind words. Its just that I find setting an achievable/floor target works best for me. I always aim to beat it and anticipate that with no eating out or holidays on the horizon then this will be one of the benefits of lockdown for me.
I know what you mean by how much we have in one go cuppa. I have my limit but I know that I'm better suited to drinking what I want on drinking days and none on others. My DH drinks every day but he's happy with just some really small glasses. Our overall consumption is about the same.
11/10 AFDs please Shaggy.

8/16, tonight was an easy one. I had a good night's sleep last night. Half way to my target. It's a shame this isn't 15th April really!
Sleep well folks.4
