13/TF up to yesterday please Shaggy.
Friday and Saturday were not AF but controlled. I had a bottle of wine over the two evenings and a g&t on Saturday during an online quiz. Under the recommended 14 units (just) for the week.

Marahouti, this seems to me a really good way of handling it, although I'd probably have a g&t both nights!
