Evening All
Hester hope your daughters wedding goes beautifully tomorrow.
Well ignore my plans in my earlier post coz Ive done nothing today. Oh & me popped into a local town did pick up a few bits I needed, had some lunch then popped round my sisters and the time flew by.
After lazy day today hopefully will be full of energy tomorrow.
Off now to flick between Children in Need and the football.0 -
Shez :rotfl::rotfl:I wish I had Skippy. I'd put him in the yard somewhere. He would keep my gnomes company.
I was up and down a bit last night but fell asleep around 11pm. Hopefully that will the end bit of it. Rain here around 5am but it's cleared up now. I hope to tackle my ironing pile this morning & do some more baking. Sigh.
HH I hope it's dry for tomorrow. Have a lovely time.
Snowy I am really miffed. I never got chicken curry followed by a CRUMBLE. :mad:You better lay out the red carpet next time my girl.
Twink I did see your fruitcake. Well, it might be burnt to a cinder but at least it didn't sink.
Hope you all have a good nights sleep. ByeeeeeeeeDon't worry about the world coming to an end today. It's already tomorrow in Australia.0 -
Evening folks.
Had a good trip to the market, bought plenty of meat, just need to transform it into something interesting and get it frozen.

Blahhhhh!!! Guests have gone...you had a lucky escape AussieLass. They all said "ooo this crumble is lovely" but then they left most of it in their bowls:(:sad: Actions speak louder than words... It tasted fine to me - lovely home made autumn crumble (plum, apple and blackberry). They can have a cheesecake out of a packet next time. The curry was I think a bit more palatable, they actually ate it.
Hester, hope your daughter's day goes well and that your exOH isn't as unpleasant as you fear.0 -
Ungrateful brats, Snowy. If there's any left you can parcel it up for me, I loooove crumble, no one else does , so I never make it. Yours sounds delish:DYou never get a second chance to make a first impression.0
