Do many of you sell VHS videos? I work for a charity and we have books on Amazon already but wondered if its worth trying a few videos? Not been here in years! Hi everyone. Make £10 a day challenge = £78.45/1550

One of the books I wanna sell, RRP £8.99, is listed on amazon for £70!!! ANd that's 3 different sellers. That can't be right? Made me laugh though, if I could sell the book for that money, I'd be very, very happy.:rotfl:
Look at the sales ranking, if it has a good rank then there is a chance it might sell, I have sold several books , quite unremarkable ones, at over £50 and one old paperback for £99.I’m a Forum Ambassador and I support the Forum Team on the eBay, Auctions, Car Boot & Jumble Sales, Boost Your Income, Praise, Vents & Warnings, Overseas Holidays & Travel Planning , UK Holidays, Days Out & Entertainments boards. The postage credit on videos does not cover the actual postage so to make even a 1p profit they have to sell at around £1 and there are few that actually sell at that anymore. Some old stuff still sells, I've sold tales of the riverbank and some old BBC drama but I don't bother otherwise with videos.I’m a Forum Ambassador and I support the Forum Team on the eBay, Auctions, Car Boot & Jumble Sales, Boost Your Income, Praise, Vents & Warnings, Overseas Holidays & Travel Planning , UK Holidays, Days Out & Entertainments boards. In that case it might just be those very odd US megalisters who often list at very strange prices like £128.99 and then price match each other.I’m a Forum Ambassador and I support the Forum Team on the eBay, Auctions, Car Boot & Jumble Sales, Boost Your Income, Praise, Vents & Warnings, Overseas Holidays & Travel Planning , UK Holidays, Days Out & Entertainments boards. Are you absolutely sure about this? If it's available readily on the high street at that price it is very very strange that people who sell on the high street aren;t also selling it on amazon.
It's highly likely that this book is out-of-print and that is why it commands such a high price. I regularly sell books at 10x the RRP due to them being out of print and still in demand and would love to know what this book is so I can add it to my book scouting list. Alternatively, I'd be willing to offer a tenner for it!Do You Twitter?

It's worthless and yes it is those mega listers. There is an explanation as to why they do the strange pricing, but I've never fully understood why. I wouldn't even bother listing this for 1p as it has no sales rank.I’m a Forum Ambassador and I support the Forum Team on the eBay, Auctions, Car Boot & Jumble Sales, Boost Your Income, Praise, Vents & Warnings, Overseas Holidays & Travel Planning , UK Holidays, Days Out & Entertainments boards.
