  • My non fiction are a bit like that - *sigh* - separate cookery and biographies - and the rest in some sort of haphazard order ... really not worth bothering to sort

I have such a high turnover of books, which is good I suppose, that I couldn't possibly seperate them into categories before I box them. I'm not a big seller by any means, but with approx 1250 books remaining after my recent cull I do have to rely on a SKU system for new stock.

you can send it by standard 1st or 2nd class, just get a proof of posting and then you are insured up to £34 against loss or damage

recorded is an extra 70p but just means it gets signed for, well it should but doesn't always, probably not worth it

special delivery will cost about £4.75! so i wouldn't bother with that when 1st or 2nd class at 70p/60p insures you for enough anyway.
  • recorded delivery covers items up to £34

    Hi

I know Priority Books have been mentioned on this thread before, but does anyone know the approx number of books that are no good for Amazon listing? I'm thinking of buying some on a trip down there and wondered about the ratio of good books to rubbish.

I also only list books that make a minimum of £3 profit, so that I'm only storing books that are worthwhile me selling, so not sure if all the sellable books in a Priority box will be 'cheapies'.

Does anyone have any experience of Priority books??

    Thanks

  • I've finally sold my phone again after having to give a refund to another buyer.

But the cynical in me just wants a few things confirmed. I've been conned on eBay with paypal in the past and i'm worried especially as its a mobile phone!

The payment is in my Amazon account does that mean its fully cleared and cannot be reversed or taken away from me? It sold for £207.00 and with my baby due yesterday the money has come at a good time.

Also I'm planning on sending with DHL do you think that's the best idea.

Any thing else i should take into account sorry I normally only sell books.
