Am with you on the shoulder pain LL. Physio is helping but sleep is still quite disturbed.
Diet this week has been shocking after doing really well last week. Onwards and upwards. Well downwards!Debt free Feb 2021 🎉0 -
I'm delighted that the plan has changed and the green plan is more flexible for me. I lost 2 and a half pounds this week and still have 30 weeklies for the weekend to go.0

Hi Everyone
Haven't checked in for a while it's been a busy couple of weeks, both my sons had their birthdays so there was far too much yummy birthday cake around to resist not to mention the party food and extra treats!
I lost my stone getting down to 13:8 an then promptly put on 2lb again the following week making me 13:10 again which made me lose my mojo a bit because I thought I'd missed the weightloss that week that was one week lost, another week lost getting back down to 13:8 and then another week to lose my 2lb to take me to 13:6 so 3 weeks extra to get below a stone all because I'd put on 2lb. I then had a bit of the mentality well may as well be hung for a sheep as a lamb and ended up eating all sorts of treats and "giving myself a day off" from adding my food on the web page.
However back on track today as I unexpectedly weighed in at 13:7 this morning which has given me a boost - I was hoping to be under 13:10 but certainly didn't expect to be below 13:8 - so 1 stone 1lb lost. I still don't feel like I've lost any, and I don't think I look like I have although a friend did say she saw me from the back and thought it looked like I had lost weight - but maybe I didn't have a thick jumper under my coat that day!!
Hoping to lose a few more pounds before Xmas. I was hoping to get below 13 stone which might have given me an incentive to try and keep under 13 stone and not overindulge on all those Xmas goodies but I'm not sure I'll make it!
Sorry to hear about all the shoulder problems, hope you are feeling better.
Lesson Learned I would have thrown the cauliflower in the bin too! I'd rather have the extra points and enjoy what I'm eating I think! Hope you lost your 1lb this week!
Well done Ali, Keep it up! I'm sticking to blue at the moment as it seems to be working but I'll reassess if I end up not losing any weight for a while.
Have a good week everyone! Anyone put their Xmas decorations up yet?0 -
Good morning everyone.....thought I'd just drop in and say hello.
Well I'm holding my own, just ........I have not lost any weight. But am maintaining. I'll see how I go but if I don't manage to shift any then I think I might rejoin WW in the New Year. Doubtless there will be some offers floating around.
Currently 11st 3.5lbs. I would like to be 10st 7lb by Easter.
Have been really busy with the renovations so haven't been paying attention to menu planning and have been guilty of grabbing food on the go, but hopefully now the worst is over I can back on track.
Not going to worry too much over Christmas........just try not to go mad and undo all my good work.
Hope you all have a lovely Christmas and I'll see you all in the new year......hopefully we will all be raring to go.0 -
Well hello everyone. Very quiet on here. Hope you are all having a lovely time and thoroughly enjoying the festive season.
Regretfully I have now regained 6.2 lbs off my original weight loss. So, as from January 2nd I shall be back on the WW wagon.
I have done a freezer inventory and I am well stocked with meat, could do with a bit more fish. Today I replenished the fruit and veg so no excuses.
The long term aim is to lose 13lbs by Easter.
Wishing you all a Happy New year and hope to see you all then, back in the WW wagon and raring to go.0 -
Happy New Year to everyone! I have fallen off the wagon over Xmas but will be back on it when all the Christmas food runs out! I have a new real fitbit which Santa brought me so hopefully that will help give me a bit of a boost to do a bit more exercise this year! Best Wishes for 2020!0

Hi all. I need to get back to it from next week. I am now the heaviest I have ever been, my accident really derailed me.Debt free Feb 2021 🎉0

Good morning everyone and a Very Happy New Year to us all. And of course, a new decade too. How exciting, I'm bursting with ideas and plans.
Unfortunately I don't feel 100%. I'm still struggling to rebalance my digestive system after a minor brush with food poisoning  and yesterday I woke up with the beginnings of a lurgy.
So it's all a bit "Woe is me". :rotfl:
Never mind it will pass. The good news is I've lost 1.5 lbs. so now back to down to 11st 4.7lbs. So back in business.
My final goal is 10.7. My interim goal is 4.7lbs by the end of January. That should be achievable if I put my mind to it.
Just need to focus.
Nice to see some of us drifting back to the fold.......we can do this. Let's make 2020 the year we reach our goals.0 -
I wanted to lose a stone last year and ended up on 9lbs I think. I am sure I will have put on a couple over christmas period, but not home u til 15th and no scales in DS2 house. So going to list 10lbs to lose. it’s to get down to my fighting weight so to speak and the last few pounds I am finding hard....determined to get there. I think like you LL will do it on a monthly basis, and aim to lose gs a week, which is doable as have electronic scales.
Thanks for encouragement.0
